The VC2 SL is the digital successor to the successful USB charging MC series. Among the unique features of the Xtar VC2 SL is the LCD display, which is very unique on the market and also serves as a tester to display the current battery status. On the LCD display you can see the charging progress, the capacity by which the battery has been recharged and the current V status. It also shows how many V are still missing to fully charge the batteries. The charger can intelligently determine the input power and automatically set the appropriate charging current of 0.15 ~ 0.5 A. The VC2 SL is compatible with standard USB interface. It is also compatible with low capacity IMR lithium batteries. Each charging channel is independent. The LCD display shows the status for each battery separately in real time. It can identify faulty batteries very quickly and provide timely warning. When the batteries are fully charged, the charging status indicator on the display will flash 3 times every 10 seconds. VC2 SL is used to charge 10440 / 14500 / 14650 / 16340 / 17500 / 17670 / 18350 / 18500 / 18650 / 18700 / 20700 / 21700 / 22650 / 25500 / 26650 / 3.6 / 3.7V Li-ion batteries. XTAR VC2 S, has a special technology that can rescue and restore dead batteries - 0V. In this case, a function is activated that wakes up to life over-discharged batteries.

As with other chargers, the VC2 SL provides 3 stages of TC-CC-CV charging method. TC - Maintenance Current, is a small current for charging batteries when the battery capacity is very low and protects the battery from damage. CC - Constant Current, ensures efficient charging. CV - constant voltage, is used to dampen the current when the charging process is nearing completion. The charger can automatically change the appropriate charging current depending on the power input. It uses high-performance intelligent PWM technology to significantly reduce power loss. The charger is protected from damage by incorrect insertion of the battery. The body of XTAR VC2 SL charger is made of PC and ABS fireproof material with perfect heat dissipation and high temperature resistance. It can be powered from the USB interface. The VC2 SL automatically interrupts charging when it is finished. Start SOFT technology, extends the life of the batteries. Constant charging current and voltage, will keep the battery permanently and stably. Charging of the battery will be up to 4.2V and will automatically stop when charging is completed and restart the charging function.

Xtar VC2SL has an additional power bank function with a 5V USB output with a maximum output of 1A. Any Li-ion battery with a minimum capacity of 2200mAh can be used as a power source. To use the powerbank function, disconnect the charger from the power supply and insert the batteries. When the device is connected to the USB output, the charger will automatically appear.
