Loyalty program VAPORISM
We appreciate you, our regular customers, you are without a doubt the joy that fills us every day to do our job as best we can to make you as satisfied as possible with our services.
However, to make sure you don't just pay lip service, we would like to introduce our loyalty program, which brings you the following benefits just by simply registering:
Complaints and product returns:

Already when you return the product from us you will receive a return label of the transport company, so that you do not have to pay anything at all and stand in line at the Czech Post Office, you simply stick the label on the package and take it to any branch of the network Zásilkovna (Of course, the seller must reimburse these costs by law, but our goal is to make you with the complaint as little work and trouble as possible)

It is also possible to return atomizers within the statutory time limit, i.e. parts that cannot be returned in the standard way with regard to hygiene, see the provisions of Section 1837 of the Civil Code.
Loyalty points
For any purchase from our online shop / store you will receive loyalty points, redeemable for a discount on any future order / purchase.
1 loyalty point = 0.03800 €
Věrnost odměňujeme i počtem získaných bodů následujícím klíčem, dle celkové útraty u nás:
Level 1: 5% (For every 1 euro spent you will get 1,2 points)
Level 2 - After purchase above (in total, not in one order) 416 euro: 7% (For every 1 euro spent you will get 1,68 points)
Level 3 - After purchase above (in total, not in one order 625 euro: 10% (For every 1 euro spent, you will get 2,4 points)

points are linked to the email used (which is a unique identifier for us) - so points are collected on the same account when you make a purchase on the e-shop and in the store, you can stop by our store and use the collected points to make purchases on the e-shop

Loyalty points have unlimited validity, so you do not have to rush to use them, we will never force you to spend them as soon as possible

We also store loyalty points for non-registered e-mail on the e-shop, but registration is required to use them!

The loyalty program works across the e-shop and the store, so you can stop by our store and use your points / purchase to your email and the points will be added to your account

For registered members, we have prepared products that you will be able to purchase with your accumulated points and 0,0416 euro extra.
