Vandy Vape Pulse V3 95W BF Mod

The collaboration between Vandy Vape and Tony B Project met our expectations. Vandy Vape Pulse V3 with a new semi-transparent design and interchangeable side and front panels. Also new is a redesigned squonk bottle filling system for even easier operation. Within the parameters, the device is based significantly on its predecessor. The device features a maximum power output of 95W, a waterproof chipset, 510 BF threads and a 7.8ml squonk bottle.

Between generations, the Pulse V3 has grown on us a bit. The dimensions of 92.5 x 52.5 x 26.2mm are still quite compact and despite the increase in size the grip in the hand doesn't suffer. The weight of the mode (without battery) then reaches a pleasant 111.83 g. You can fit atomizers up to 26mm in diameter without overlapping.

In terms of appearance, this is not a big change. The mod is cut to more elegant lines. The manufacturer has opted for a semi-transparent plastic construction along the lines of other, newly released devices. In addition, the side and front panels are interchangeable and allow you to customize the device in your own image. The controls and their placement on the front panel are virtually unchanged.

The front is dominated by the coloured display. Above it, the fire button can be found. The part below the display consists of the "+" and "-" buttons. At the very bottom of the front panel we find the USB-C connector.

The operation of the device is taken care of by a custom-made chip with 95W of power. The mod also features Bypass and TC output modes. Of course, there are also protections against short circuit, overvoltage, glow fade after 10s, thermal protection, battery undercharge. The entire PCB is then, as is customary with the Pulse series, treated against short circuits from leaking liquid.

A complete novelty is the redesigned squonk bottle system. Specifically its filling. No longer is it necessary to remove the bottle from the device and unscrew its cap to fill it. Now you only need to remove the rubber cap and conveniently refill through the large filling hole, where even the larger bottle droppers will not be a problem. The bottle now has a new capacity of 7.8 ml.

The Pulse V3 is powered by 21700 batteries, or 18650 using the included adapter. We recommend a battery with a discharge current of at least 25A to keep the device running smoothly. The battery itself is not included in the package. The USB-C connector is used to recharge the battery. To maintain the longest life cycle of batteries, we recommend using an external charger.
