These are devices that house an advanced chip so you can use the buttons to set the most suitable mode for your atomizer. These modes always include the classic "watt" mode in which you conveniently set the wattage. Feel free to experiment with the settings, but with factory head atomizers, you should not exceed the recommended maximum wattage listed on the glow head. This mode can be operated on any head that has a Kanthal (KA) or Stainless Steel (SS) wire coil in it. However, it cannot be used for Nickel or Titanium wire under any circumstances. This is because these are only for use in temperature modes, commonly referred to as Ni and Ti in the mod. The only exception is the previously mentioned Stainless Steel wire, which can be used in both power mode and temperature mode and can be found under the SS designation.
