It is a 10ml base with a nicotine concentration of 20mg/ml. It is used for mixing with a nicotine-free base to achieve the desired concentration. It contains mainly VG (vegetable glycerin), a smaller proportion of PG (propylene glycol) and nicotine. This base is completely odourless and flavourless.
