When two manufacturers of premium vaping hardware come together one can only expect the result to be worth it. The pair of Suicide Mods and Deathwish certainly don't let us down! Together they are launching the premium Boro mod Rift AIO. It's not just the device itself that is premium, which is completely made from CNC milled aluminum, but also the chipset in the form of the Evolv DNA60C. The device will offer up to 60W of power, compatibility with Boro tanks, and one 18650 battery slot (not included).
The dimensions of the device are: 79.5 x 53.45 x 24 mm, making it one of the smaller Boro AIO devices. It weighs only 110g (without battery). In terms of design, this is no extravagant fad. The mod features tasteful lines, cut-outs and removable panels. These are held, as usual, on magnets and cover the Boro tank compartment from the front and sides.
The mod has an exposed battery slot. The battery compartment is on the top and is covered by a screw cap. The fire button is located on the right side. On the underside, you will find a 0.91" color TFT display and buttons to control the user interface. There is also a USB-C port that is used for charging as well as connecting to the Escribe app.
The device is equipped with the Evolv DNA60C chipset. It will offer up to 60W of power in Power Mode. Furthermore, the chipset has an output temperature control mode for NI200, titanium and stainless steel in the temperature range of 93-315℃ and a coil preheat function. Of course, there are also basic protection types.
The manufacturer also adds a Crypt V2 Boro Tank in black to the package. However, this is an empty cartridge. If used, any Boro Bridge must be purchased.
The device is powered by one external 18650 battery (not included). It is recommended to choose high quality cells and due to the lack of a cover tube, check the condition of their packaging frequently.
